Each year students are asked to provide a self profile showing their interest and their experience in the racing industry. which becomes part of the RTIP Student Profiles & Year in Review. Students can gain valuable writing experience while working on this publication which provides an outlet for students to voice their opinions and write about current events that occur within the Program and the industry today.
This publication becomes part of our prospective student information folders and is also distributed to industry professionals at our annual Global Symposium on Racing & Gaming, which gives students an opportunity to promote themselves to prospective employers.
The question we get asked most often is "What kind of job can I get in racing?" To help answer it, we compiled the following list of careers held by actual RTIP graduates. Job descriptions of various track and equine-related opportunities follow the list.
